These Instructor Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the rules, responsibilities, and revenue terms for instructors who create and publish courses on our platform.
By applying as an instructor or uploading any course content, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Eligibility
To become an instructor on ElectronicsZone.net, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal right to work and receive payments in your country.
Provide accurate personal and payment information.
2. Course Content and Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload (videos, materials, quizzes, etc.).
By publishing a course on our platform, you grant ElectronicsZone.net a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, market, and sell your course.
Your content must be original and must not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
3. Revenue Share and Payments
Instructors will receive 80% of the net revenue generated from their course sales.
“Net revenue” means the total amount received by ElectronicsZone.net after deducting payment gateway fees, applicable taxes, and refunds.
Payments will be made on a monthly basis to the payment method provided by the instructor.
A minimum payout threshold may apply depending on the payment method.
ElectronicsZone.net reserves the right to delay or withhold payments in case of suspected fraudulent activity or policy violation.
4. Course Pricing
Instructors may suggest a price for their course.
ElectronicsZone.net reserves the right to run promotions, discounts, or bundles unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refunds
Students may request a refund according to our Refund Policy (e.g., within 14 days and if less than 20% of the course has been watched).
If a refund is issued, the corresponding revenue will be deducted from the instructor’s future payouts.
6. Instructor Responsibilities
Instructors must:
Maintain high-quality and educationally valuable content.
Keep course materials updated and accurate.
Respond to student questions or feedback when applicable.
Comply with all applicable laws and our platform policies.
7. Account Termination
ElectronicsZone.net may suspend or terminate an instructor’s account for violating these terms, including plagiarism, fraud, or unethical conduct.
Instructors may request account closure at any time. Any pending payments will be settled according to the payment schedule.
8. Limitation of Liability
ElectronicsZone.net is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or loss of earnings.
9. Modification of Terms
ElectronicsZone.net reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Instructors will be notified of major changes via email or platform notice.
